Any injury, harm, or adverse outcome occurring during, or as a result of, an appointment or medical test
Any condition, illness, or health issue that is missed, undetected, or misdiagnosed by a provider or through a test
Any acts or omissions of a provider or clinic, including negligence or misconduct

All healthcare services are provided under a separate contract between you and the provider, and any claims, concerns, or disputes regarding those services should be directed to the provider in question.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes skreen’s liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

9. Terms for Business Users (Healthcare Providers)

If you are a healthcare provider or clinic registering to use skreen as a business user, the following terms also apply:

a) Provider Registration & Eligibility

You confirm that all information submitted is accurate and truthful.
You must be appropriately licensed, qualified, and insured to provide the services you offer.
We reserve the right to verify your credentials before listing services.

b) Content Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of all listings, service descriptions, prices, availability, and claims.
You must ensure all content complies with applicable medical advertising laws and industry standards.
skreen may edit or remove listings that are misleading, unlawful, or in breach of platform guidelines.

c) Customer Interactions

You are entering into a contract to deliver a service directly with customers who book with skreen, and you are solely responsible for the services you provide to users.
You agree to deliver services with reasonable care, skill, and in accordance with all applicable laws and clinical best practices.
You must respond to customer enquiries, cancellations, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

d) Payments and Platform Fees

skreen may facilitate payments on your behalf and deduct agreed platform fees and commissions.
Payment terms will be outlined in your separate Provider Agreement or onboarding documents.
You agree to comply with applicable tax laws and reporting obligations.

e) Reviews and Feedback

Customers may leave reviews about your services. skreen may moderate but does not remove reviews unless they breach our platform policies.
You agree not to manipulate, fabricate, or incentivise reviews.

f) Termination and Suspension

skreen may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these terms, receive consistent negative feedback, or fail to meet legal or professional standards.
You may request removal of your profile and account with skreen by contacting us.

10. User Content

skreen may allow users to submit reviews, ratings, comments, or other content (collectively, “User Content”) in relation to healthcare services listed on the platform. By submitting any User Content, you agree to the following:

a) Content Standards

You represent and warrant that your submission:

Is accurate, truthful, and reflects your genuine experience
Is not misleading or defamatory
Does not promote any illegal, harmful, or unsafe activity
Does not contain sexually explicit, obscene, offensive, or violent material
Does not infringe any intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademarks, or trade secrets)
Does not violate any confidentiality or data protection laws
Is not promotional or advertising in nature (e.g. affiliate links, spam, self-promotion)
Does not impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

b) Use of Your Content
